Visit to Feldmann Pneukran + Transport AG
On the 15th of September 2018 company Feldmann Pneukran + Transport AG invited for an open day on their department in Schmerikon (CH), to present the new biggest crane of the company; the Liebherr LTM 1450-8.1.
An open day at Feldmann means lots of equipment, kind employees and proper service.
In front of the yard was this sharp Mercedes-Benz Actros 3351 with 3 axle Goldhofer flat bed parked. The load is a railway carriage.
Erected in a very tigth spot, but for that this crane was developped. The Liebherr LTC 1050-3.1 with a 36 meter main boom and variable outriggers.
A sharp Mercedes-Benz Actros 4165 with 8x6 drive line.
Attached with a 2 bed 4 Goldhofer low loader. The load is a Sennebogen heavy duty crane of the company Kibag.
A sharp Mercedes-Benz Actros 4158 with 8x4 drive line.
On the 4 axle Goldhofer semi low loader is a Wirtgen WR 240i of Eberhard with a 30.6 tonne mass loaded.
A Mercedes-Benz Actros 2651 with Fassi F365 and 2 axle Goldhofer low loader.
Also fairly new; this Liebherr LTM 1250-5.1.
It is a 250 tonne crane with a 60 meter main boom and variable outriggers.
The smallest mobile crane is this Liebherr LTM 1030/2, a 35 tonne crane with a 30 meter main boom.
A Liebherr LTM 1130-5.1, a 130 tonne crane with a 60 meter main boom.
A Terex AC 100/4 L, a 100 tonne crane with a 59.4 meter main boom. Feldmann has two of them in the fleet.
The main reason to organize this open day. This sharp Liebherr LTM 1450-8.1 replaces the LTM 1400-7.1 and is now the largest crane in Feldmann's fleet.
It is a 450 tonne crane on an 8 axle carrier. The main boom has a maximum length of 85 meters. The tailswing of the counterweight is variable and is here shown on the largest radius of 7 meters.
The crane was erected with the largest luffing jib of 84 meters. The main boom is extended 42.5 meters. The counterweight tailswing is on the photo 6 meters.
Three mobile tower cranes, a Spierings SK2400-AT7, a Spierings SK1265-AT6 and a Liebherr MK 88.
Another Liebherr MK 88, a 4 axle mobile tower crane with a 45 meter jib.
In total three units Liebherr MK 88 were erected.
Three mobile cranes; a Liebherr LTM 1100-5.2, a 100 tonne crane with a 52 meter main boom. A Liebherr LTM 1130-5.1, a 130 tonne crane with a 60 meter main boom and a Liebherr LTM 1150-6.1, a 150 tonne crane with a 66 meter main boom.
A Liebherr LTM 1200-5.1, a 200 tonne crane with a 72 meter main boom.
The second Mercedes-Benz Actros 4165 with 8x6 drive line. This truck was also used by the transport of steel cables for the Zugspitze.
Attached is an 8 axle Goldhofer modular trailer. The load is the superstructure of a railway crane.

On the 6 axle Goldhofer semi low loader is a Doosan DX300lc of AG für Baumaschinen loaded.
A brandnew Spierings SK1265-AT6, a 6 axle mobile tower crane with a 60 meter jib length.
The last crane; this Liebherr MK 63, a 3 axle mobile tower crane with a 36 meter jib length.
