PLM is a Dutch manufacturer of cranes and is based in Heijningen (NL). The company was founded in 1954 by Jan Pulleman as a rental company of crawler cranes, most of the cranes were used at the Delta Works in Sealand. From 1980 became PLM also the distributer for Priestman cranes, but because Priestman quit production of cranes at the end of the eigties, was PLM starting with the development and production of own cranes. Most of the cranes are used as a heavy duty crane on ships, some crane are mounted on a crawler chassis. Most of the products are made individual for customers. In 2021 was a 680-tonne ringer crane supplied to a Dutch client; the largest crane ever built by PLM.
