Shacman
Shacman is the brand name of the Shaanxi Automobile Holding Group. The company was in 1968 founded in the Chinese province of Shaanxi and in 1970 was the first vehicle
produced. In 1985 was the production of Steyr vehicles and the construction of a new plant in the city Xi'an (CN) started. On this location are nowadays still vehicles produced.
In 1995 was the cooperation with MAN trucks started. In 2009 was the brand name Shacman introduced to gain more attention on the export market. Nowadays are working approx.
27,000 employees for Shaanxi Automobile Holding that is mainly producing trucks. Under the brand name Eurostar are bussed produced.
