Hoysan from Singapore (SG) is using this sharp Scania R 730 with various trailers. Here stood the truck parked during a weekend in an industrial area. The truck's year of manufacture is 2011.
Behind the front axle are the muffler, AdBlue- and diesel tank mounted.
The truck has a 6x4-drive line powered by a Scania DC16, a 16.4-litre 8-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 537 kW (730 hp).
On this side is the second diesel tank mounted behind the front axle.
A few days later I found the truck again, this time with trailer and cargo. The combination stood parked in an industrial area and was waiting for the escort.
The truck has a reinforced bumper where a coupling could be attached to, then it will be possible to push trailers.
Here is a ballast box with a 17 tonne mass installed on top of the driven axles.
Attached is here a 10-axle Cometto modular trailer. The trailer is composed out of one four and one six-axle module.
The trailer is loaded with a total of 80 rail profiles, each with a mass of 1.3 tonnes. The total cargo weights 104 tonnes. The truck is allowed for a total train mass of 300 tonnes.
A sharp combination of Hoysan!
The combination was together with the Scania P 400 and Scania R 620 waiting for the escort along the road. Sharp combinations of Hoysan!
