Together with an other Junttan PM 20 was H. van Dieren from IJsselmuiden (NL) using this sharp Junttan PM 20LC to drive piles for a new production hall.
This rig was used to drive the larger piles. The undercarriage is 5.05 meters long and 4.35 meters wide. For the transport over the road, the tracks can be retrackted to 3.35 meters.
The rig is powered by a Cummuns QSB6.7, a 6.7 liter 6 cylinder engine with 240 hp.
The counterweight weights 6.2 tonnes and its tailswing is from 4.2 to 5.7 meters adjustable.
The leader has a 22.9 meter length, with that could (depending on the used hammer) piles up to a 19 meter length be driven into the ground. For the transport over the road the leader is tilted backwards. The rig can be transported completly and is then 20.65 meters long and 3.7 meters heigh (with hammer).
The piles were driven with a 5 tonne Junttan HHK 5A hammer.
A very sharp rig!
