To drive piles for the foundation of a new production hall in Agriport (NL) was H. van Dieren from IJsselmuiden (NL) using this Junttan PM 20.
This Junttan comes from the first PM 20 series. This piling rig has a mass of 48 tonnes.
The undercarriage has a 4.1 meter width, for the transport over the road is it possible to retrack the cranes. The transport width is then still 3.1 meters.
Here are the piles driven by a Junttan HHK 5a hammer. This hammer has a ram weight of 5 tonnes and a total weight of 8.7 tonnes. The ram has a 1.2 meter stroke.
The counterweight weights 6 tonnes and is 1.5 meters hydraulically extendable. The tailswing is 5.7 meters.
The leader has an overal length of 17 meters. It is possible to drive piles with a maximum length of around 15 meters.
The hydraulic pumps are driven by a Cummins QSB5.9 with a power of 179 kW.
The tracks have length of 4.76 meters.
