Marti from Zürich (CH) is using multiple IHC Fundex F2800 drilling rigs. This rig was used to drill piles for a new Hilti office building in Schaanweld (LI).
The undercarriage is 5 meters long and 4.9 meters wide. For the transport over the road can the width reduced to 3.5 meters. The tracks are 0.9 meters wide.
To power the multiple Bosch-Rexroth hydraulic pumps is a Deutz V8 diesel engine with a power of 440 kW (600 hp) used. The rig's year of manufactur is 2016.
In total has the rig six different winches. A winch to vertically move the leader, a pull up- and down winch, two auxiliairy winches and a lift winch. Two of these winches are installed in the base machine and four winches are installed at the feet of the leader.
The counterweight has a 4.395 meter tailswing. For stability backwards are two large hydraulic outriggers used.
For the front stability are two rotatable outriggers attached to the front. This rig has a pull down capacity of 40 tonnes and a pull up capacity of 80 tonnes.
The leader has a minimum length of 21.5 meters and a maximum length of 31 meters. The rig is used here with the maximum length.
On top of the leader is a small 6 tonne auxiliary jib installed, that is hydraulically rotatable and adjustable. The leader is designed for drilling moments up to 470 kNm.
A sharp and interessting drilling rig!
