Zoomlion ZCC850V
This sharp and new Zoomlion ZCC850V from an unknown company from Singapore (SG) stood on a construction site as auxilairy crane for foundation works. It is an 85-tonne crawler crane with year of manufacture 2020.
The undercarriage is 5.44 meters long and 5.1 meters wide. For the transport over the road is the width to be reduced to 3.4 meters.
Attached to the body is a total of 5 tonnes of central counterweight, each side a block of 2.5 tonnes.
The crane is powered by a Wechai WP7G270E301 diesel engine with a power of 199 kW (267 hp).
The A-frame folds for the transport over the road backwards.
The crane is fitted with two 8.5-tonne hoist winches using a 24 mm hoist wire rope. Both winches are in use here.
The five-part counterweight has a total mass of 28.5 tonnes and a tailswing of 4.54 meters. The counterweight exists out of a 4.5-tonne base plate and four 6-tonne slabs.
Here was the crane in SH configuration installed; main boom with a short auxilairy jib for the second hook. Here was the crane fitted with a 31 meter long main boom, the maximum main boom length is 61 meters, or 58 meters with the auxiliary jib attached to the boom head. In this configuration is the crane able to hoist maximum 35.4 tonnes on an 8 meter radius or 6.5 tonnes to a 28 meter radius.
