Zoomlion was founded in Changsha, Hunan (CH) in 1992 and is today the largest manufacturer of construction machinery and agricultrural machines in China. Zoomlion is employing approx. 30,000 workers in multiple factories around the world. The first product in 1992 was a concrete pump, with support from the state was the company able to expand very fast. Zoomlion is building i.a. telescopic cranes, crawler cranes and tower cranes. In 2024 was the largest tower crane in the world introduced; with a load moment of 22,000 tm and a maximum lifting capacity of 730 tonnes. Also in 2024 was a mobile crane with a maximum lifting capacity of 4,000 tonnes introduced.
