Zoomlion QUY80H
This Zoomlion QUY80H of an unknown company from Singapore (SG) was there used to hoist heavy concrete tubes for a new sewage system. It is an 80-tonne crawler crane.
The undercarriage of the crane is 6.33 meters long and 5 meters wide. For the transport over the road is the width of the undercarriage to be reduced to 3.4 meters only.
The crane was available with two different diesel engines. Cranes for the export markets were fitted with a Cummins QSC260 diesel engine, cranes for the local Chinese market were fitted with a Wechai WP10 engine.
Attached to the superstructure is a total of 27 tonnes of counterweight.
The main boom of the crane is minimum 13 meters long and can be extended in 3 meter steps to a maximum length of 58 meters. The crane is equipped with two 8-tonne hoist winches, which are both in use here.
Here is the crane fitted with a 22 meter long main boom. In this configuration is the crane able to maximum hoist 51.7 tonnes on a 6 meter radius or 12.2 tonnes to an 18 meter radius.
