This sharp Terex AC 200-1 of Tiong Woon from Singapore (SG) was used to hoist light construction materials onto the roof of a building. It is a 200-tonne crane mounted on a 5-axle carrier.
The outrigger base measures 8.45 x 8.2 meters, or half 8.45 x 5.95 meters.
The undercarriage is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 502 LA, an 8-cilinder diesel engine with a power of 390 kW (530 hp). The crane has a 10x8x8-drive line, where the axles 2 to 5 are powered and the axles 1, 2, 4 and 5 are steerable. The thrid axle is liftable.
Here was the crane used with 42.6 tonnes of counterweight, the full counterweight is 68.5 tonnes. The counterweight has a 4.8 meter tailswing.
The superstructure is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 906 LA diesel engine with a power of 170 kW (231 hp).
The 7-part main boom has a 12.4 meter base length and extends six times to a maximum length of 67.8 meters. The main boom is here extended to 63.4 meters.
The working range of the crane was extended by the 17 meter long bi-fold swingaway jib, here mounted under a 20 degree angle towards the main boom.
Various materials are hoisted onto a roof.
Next to the crane stood the 2-axle counterweight trailer with the two hang-on slabs each weighting 12.9 tonnes.
Here is the combination loaded after the crane was dismantled. The trailer is loaded with 52 tonnes of counterweight and is pulled by a MAN TGX 33.400.
In transit is the crane 14.06 meters long, 2.98 meters wide and 4 meters tall. The transport mass of the crane in this configuration is about 79 tonnes.
Attached to the superstructure remains a 3.1 tonnes counterweight slab. on the undercarriage is in total 13.4 tonnes of counterweight stored.
A very sharp crane of Tiong Woon!
