Terex AC 80-2 - Asiagroup
This sharp Terex AC 80-2 belongs to Asiagroup from Singapore (SG) and stood parked on their yard. It is an 80-tonne cranes mounted on a 4-axle carrier.
The undercarriage with 8x6x8-drive line is powered by a DaimlerChrysler OM 501 LA, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 315 kW (428 hp). The axles, 1, 2 and 4 are powered, all axles are steerable. The outrigger base measures 7.7 x 7 meters, or half 7.7 x 4.5 meters.
The 6-part main boom has a base length of 10.9 meters and extends five times to a maximum length of 50 meters. Next to the main boom is hanging a 9.2 - 17.6 meter long bi-fold swingaway jib. The jib is mountable to the main boom in a 0, 20 or 40 degree angle.
In transit is the crane 12.11 meters long, 2.75 meters wide and 3.8 meters tall. The crane has a transport mass of approx. 58 tonnes.
The full counterweight on the crane weights 18 tonnes and has a 3.7 meter tailswing.
