Commandeur & Plomp from De Rijp (NL) owns this Potain GTMR 340 A craweler tower crane.
The crane's year of manufacture is 1979 and was bought used by C&P, they also own a GTMR 366.
The tracks are removed during transport over the road. These crane are mostly used as pedestal crane. In the Netherlands are these cranes set on a crawler carriage.
The crane has a powerpack that drives the electro mortor for the crane functions. In theory the crane can also work on electricity from the construction site (400 V).
Five concrete slobs of each 4.5 tonnes (22.5 tonnes) are the counterweights, the tailswing is 4 meters.
The crane has three different jib lengths, 30, 35 and 40 meters. The point loads are resp. 2,200, 1,500 and 1,000 kgs.
In the upperstructure are three winches mounted, a tower erection winch, a jib adjustment winch and the hoist cable.
The max. capacity of the crane is 6 tonnes.
