Schot from Alkmaar (NL) was using this Liebherr LTM 1200/1 for the lifting of a bridge together with the Liebherr LTM 1100/2 of Commandeur & Plomp from De Rijp (NL). This crane was newly purchased by Hoogwout from Zaanstad (NL) and after Schot took over Hoogwout in 2007, the crane ended in the blue and white colours.
The 5-axle undercarriage is powered by an 8-cylinder Liebherr D 9408 TI-E with a power of 400 kW (544 hp). This crane has the optional 10 x 8 drive line, with the second axle also driven. The axles 1, 2, 4 and 5 are steerable. The crane can reach a maximum driving speed of 80 km/h.
Packed has the crane a length of 15.3 meters, a 3 meter width and a 4 meter height. The transport mass of the crane is 60 tonnes.
The superstructure is powered by a Liebherr D 924 TI-E, a 4-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 180 kW (245 pk). The engine powers in total six hydraulic pumps to operate the crane functions. The cabin is tiltable.
The outrigger base measures 8.875 x 8.3 meters, or half like on this job, 8.875 x 5.5 meters.
The counterweight weights 69 tonnes and has a 4.85 meter tailswing. The counterweight exists out of three slabs with each 12 tonnes and a 9-tonne slab. The hang-on slabs also have a mass of 12 tonnes each.
The main boom has a 13.3 meter base length and extends five times to a maximum length of 60 meters. The main boom is here 30.5 meters extended. A 22-meter bi-fold swingaway jib is mounted next to the base section of the main boom.
The crane is lfiting two bridges for bikes with each around 26 tonnes.
The bridge for motor vehicles weights 55 tonnes and is lifted with two cranes. Due to the additional created height can the boats pass the coridor.
The 69 tonnes of counterweight, the outrigger pads and some lifting gears are transported by this sharp Mercedes-Benz Actros 3355 with a 6-axle Nooteboom counterweight trailer.
A sharp crane in the Schot colours, in the meantime is this crane exported.
