This sharp Liebherr LTM 1350-6.1 of Emil Egger from St. Gallen (CH) stood on a construction site in Oberbüren (CH) prepared to dismantle a tower crane. This was for many years the largest crane in Emil Egger's fleet, today is that the Liebherr LR 11000.
The 6-axle undercarriage is powered by a Liebherr 8-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 450 kW (612 hp). This crane has the optional 12x8x12-drive line, where the axles 1, 3, 4 and 5 are powered and all axles are steerable.
The outrigger base of the crane measures 8.93 x 8.53 meters, or half 8.93 x 5.6 meters.
In transit is the crane 17.8 meters long, 3 meters wide and 4 meters tall. The transport mass is 72 tonnes.
Here was the crane fitted with 100 tonnes of counterweight, that has a 5.7 meter tailswing. The full counterweight is 140 tonnes.
The crane is able to install the YSL superlift system by itself. The superlift can be opened maximum 55 degrees.
Here was the crane in TYVEF configuration erected, the fixed jib is 12 meters long and the boom extension is 6 meters long.
