This sharp Liebherr LTR 1100 of Brink Staalbouw from Barneveld (NL) stood together with a Liebherr LR 1160 on a large construction site in Hoofddorp (NL) to assist by the erection of a steel construction and precast concrete elements.
It is a 100-tonne crane with telescopic boom that is installed on a crawler chassis. The crane has a total mass of approx. 103 tonnes.
The undercarriage is 6.413 meters long and 5.05 meters wide. Between the tracks are on both sides 7.5 tonnes of central counterweight, in total 15 tonnes, installed.
The crane is powered by a Liebherr 4-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 129 kW (175 hp). The engine powers in total three hydraulic pumps.
The crane was fitted here with the maximum counterweight of 32 tonnes. The counterweight exists out of two base plates with each 10 tonnes and in total four blocks with each 3 tonnes. The counterweight has a 4.42 meter tailswing.
The crane is fitted with two 9-tonne hoist winches with each 205 meter long 21 mm hoist cable. The second optional winch was installed here, but not in operation. The second winch extendeds the tailswing to 4.8 meters.
The main boom has an 11.5 meter base length and extends five times to a full length of 52 meters. Next to the main boom is hanging the 2.9 meter long TK assembly jib.
A very popular crane that is used for the assembly of precast concrete elements or steel constructions. A very shap crane!
