Liebherr LTM 1150-6.1 - Boekestijn
The Liebherr LTM 1150-6.1 of Boekestijn is here used as assist crane by the testing of cablepans what was done by the Liebherrs LTM 1750-9.1 and the LTM 1500-8.1, also of Boekestijn.
The crane is put on a 6-axle undercarriage making it possible to take a part of the counterweight (15 tonnes) by itself without surpass the permitted axle loads. The crane weights 72 tonnes and is packed 16.1 meters long.
In the undercarriage is laying a Liebherr D9508 A7 diesel engine with 544 hp. With them are 4 of the 6 axles driven. All axles are steerable, making is possible to drive in crab steering.
The superstructure is powered by a Liebherr D934L A6 engine with 175 hp. With them are two hydropumps powered that operate the crane functions. The crane cab is tiltable.
The outrigger dimensions of the crane are 9.3 x 8.3 meters. The outriggers are operated by a Bleutooth remote control. The outrigger pads are taken on the rear of the crane.
Here is the crane put up with 30.8 tonnes of counterweight, which is extendable up to 46.8 tonnes by two hang-on slabs. 15 tonnes are taken by the crane itself, the rest of the counterweight is delivered by truck. The counterweight has a tailswing of 4.3 meters.
The main boom has a max. length of 66 meters, extendable with a 19 meter folding jib that can be taken by the crane itself. Between the folding jib an main boom can be build two lattice extenstions of each 7 meters, a max. hoog height of 92 meters is then reached. The main boom is here 32.9 meters extended.
