Hitachi KH180-3 - Goldridge

This sharp Hitachi KH180-3 belongs to Goldridge from Putin Buhangin (PH) and was together with the Hitachi KH100 used on a construction site in San Fernando, Pampanga (PH). It is a 50-tonne crawler crane with year of manufacture 1987.

The crane is powered by a Hino EM100, an 8.8-liter 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 110 kW (150 hp). The diesel engine powers multiple hydraulic pumps.

The undercarriage is 5.52 meters long and 4.3 meters wide. For the transport over the road is the width to be reduced to 3.3 meters.

The crane is fitted with two 10-tonne hoist winches, both fitted with 20 mm hoist wire rope. To adjust the boom is a 16 mm wire rope used.

Attached to the superstructure is a two-part counterweight with a total mass of 15.9 tonnes. The counterweight has a 4.05 meter tailswing.

The main boom has a 13 meter base length and a maximum length of 52 meters. Here was the crane fitted with a 22 meter main boom. In this configuration is the crane able to lift maximum 30.2 tonnes on a 5.1 meter radius of 4.7 tonnes to a 20 meter radius.
