A special Gottwald AK 210-73 of RMT from Baunatal (DE) that was used for the assembly of precase concrete elements for a new hall in Munich (DE).
It is a 180-tonne crane on a 7-axle crane carrier. The crane's year of manufacture is 1978.
The undercarriage is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 404, a 20.9 liter V12 diesel engine with a power of 316 kW (430 hp). The engine powers three of the total seven axles, five axles are steerable.
During the transport over the road are the outriggers not telescoped into the chassis, but there are by hydraulics folded over the chassis.
The superstructure is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 402, a V8 diesel engine with a power of 188 kW (256 hp). The crane has 10.6-tonne hoist winches.
During the transport over the road is the cabin moved into the gap in the superstructure.
Attached to the superstructure is hanging 61.5 tonnes of counterweight, that has a 6.35 meter tailswing.
The outrigger base measures 8.75 x 8.0 meters, or half 8.75 x 6.3 meters.
During the transport over the road is the crane 18.2 meters long, 3 meters wide and 4 meters high. The transport mass is 78 tonnes.
The crane was fitted here with a short main boom and a long luffing jib.
The two gantries on top of the main boom head are fixed with eachother. The luffing jib is moved by the cable that is reefed between the jib head and the vertical gantry.
The luffing jib is minimum 23 meters long and maximum 65 meters long.
A very sharp ang unique crane that is still in almost daily operation despite its age!
