This sharp FAUN ATF 80-4 of Wundel stood on their yard in Donauwörth (DE), it is an 80-tonne crane.
The crane is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 501 LA, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 315 kW (428 hp). The crane has an 8x6x8-drive line where the axles 1, 3 and 4 are driven and all axles are steerable.
The main boom has a 10.8 meter base length and extends five times to a maximum length of 48.5 meters.
The outrigger base measures 8.59 x 7.2 meters, or half 8.59 x 5 meters.
In transit is the crane 12.69 meters long, 2.75 meters wide and 3.73 meters tall. The transport mass is approx. 48 tonnes. On the rear side of the chassis is a large box for the wooden beams installed and a box for some rigging.
The full counterweight has a total mass of 18 tonnes and has a 3.6 meter tailswing. The crane is fitted with a 7-tonne hoist winch with 18 mm hoist cable.
During the transport over the road is approx. 2 tonnes of counterweight stored on the undercarriage. In total remains 5.6 tonnes on the crane during transit.
Next to the boom is hanging the jib with a 9 or 16 meter length that can be installed in a 5, 20 or 40 degree angle to the main boom.
