FAUN ATF 45-3 - Wundel
Wundel is deploying from their yard in Mertingen (DE) this FAUN ATF 45-3 with year of manufacture 2003. It is a 45 tonne crane mounted on a 3 axle carrier.
The undercarriage with 6x6x6-drive line is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 926 LA, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 240 kW (326 hp). All axles are powered and steerable.
The 5-part main boom has a 9 meter base length and extends four times to a maximum length of 34 meters. Optionally is the main boom extendable by an 8.7 - 15.2 meter jib. The jib is under an angle of 5, 20 or 40 degrees mountable to the main boom.
In transit is the crane 10.44 meters long, 2.55 meters wide and 3.62 meters tall. The transport mass is about 36 tonnes.
During the transport over the road remains 4 tonnes of counterweight attached to the superstructure. The counterweight has a 3.2 meter tailswing. The crane is fitted with a 5-tonne hoist winch with 16 mm wire rope.
On the undercarriage are 4.5 tonnes of counterweight transported, the full counterweight of the crane weights 8.5 tonnes.
At the rear of the crane is a small box mounted to store some lifting gear.
