This interesting Demag AC 125 of Verduin Verhuur from Amsterdam (NL) was operated from a barge. It is a 55-tonne crane mounted on a 3-axle carrier.
The 3-axle undercarriage with 6x4x4-drive line is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 422, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 206 kW (280 hp). The superstructure is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 352 diesel engine with a power of 95 kW (130 hp). The outrigger base measures 7.45 x 6.8 meters.
Attached to the superstructure is 8.2 tonnes of counterweight with a tailswing of 3.38 meters.
The 4-part main boom has a base length of 9.3 meters and extends three times to a maximum length of 30 meters. The main boom can be extended by an 8.6 - 14.6 meter long jib, that is mountable under a 0 or 15 degree angle to the main boom head.
