Volvo FH 540 - Westdijk
This sharp Volvo FH 540 of Westdijk from Alphen a/d Rijn (NL) stood together with the DAF XF 105.510 parked along the German highway.
It is a 4-axle truck with 8x4-drive line. The truck is powered by a Volvo D13C, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a 12.8-liter stroke that powers here 540 hp. The maximum torque of 2,600 Nm is available between 1,050 and 1,450/min. Behind the front axle is the muffler installed.
Behind the cabin are a large dieseltank and another three storage compartments made. Below the tank are multiple compressed-air tanks installed.
Attached is a 5-axle Broshuis semi low loader with type 5AOU-16-40. The trailer can be loaded with maximum 50.66 tonnes and the bed is 6.3 meters extendable.
The cargo is an oversized boom of a Liebherr offshore crane.
