As the succesor of the Volvo FL12 bought Vroom in 2011 this sharp Volvo FM 500 with 8x4 drive line and a 3 axle Nooteboom Pendel-X lowloader.
The truck is powered by a Volvo D13c diesel engine with 500 hp.
The combination is used to transport Vroom's smaller piling rigs and materials. The cab of the Volvo is beveled to make it possible to load crane booms ans piling rig leaders over the roof of the Volvo.
The truck is nearly higher than the gooseneck of the lowloader. Directly behind the cabin is a support bar made, before is standing the large diesel tank. Below the diesel tank are on this side some airbarrels, the battery and some another airbarrels made.
To save height are the beacons mounted on the bumper of the truck. The beacons on the roof are in the meantime removed.
On this side of the truck are the exhaust and the mufler made. Below the tank is a small storage compartment made, below the Ad-blue tank.
Pulled is a 3 axle Nooteboom Pendel-X lowloader. A sharp combination!
