Max Wild from Berkheim (DE) bought as replacement for their 5-axle Volvo FH16 580 this sharp Volvo FH16 650 with 10x4 drive line. The combination stood here loaded in front of the gate of Liebherr in Kirchdorf an der Iller (DE).
The truck is powered by a Volvo D16K650, a 16-liter diesel engine with 650 hp and a torque of 3,150 Nm. The axles 3 and 4 are powered, axles 1, 2 and 5 are steerable. Die conversion to 10x4 and the installation of the heavy haulage equipment tower is done by Popp from Nürnberg (DE).
Behind the front axle is the large Euro 6 muffler installed.
For a 5-axle truck is an extended gooseneck required.
Attached is a 4-axle Goldhofer STZ-VP 4 low loader.
Behind the cabin are the 1,430 liter diesel tank, storage compartments, hydraulic oil tank and compressed-air tanks. Nice detail are the flaps on both sides. This truck is allowed for total weights of 100 tonnes.
The cargo is a Liebherr LH 50 M material handler with a transport mass of approx. 40.6 tonnes. The machine is 12.65 meters long, 3.25 meters wide and 4.05 meters high. The machine will be transported to Sweden.
The transport is allowed to start after 07:00 PM.
A very sharp combination, here on the move to a harbour in the northern part of Germany.
