Max Bögl from Neumarkt (DE) is operating a large transport fleet to transport their own machinery and construction materials to their construction sites. Here stood two identical combinations along the German Autobahn 9 for a short break and would transport wind turbine towers to the construction site.
The combinations do exisist each out of a Volvo FH16 650 trucks with 6x4-drive line. The truck is powered by a Volvo D16K650, a 16-liter diesel engine with 650 hp and a torque of 3,150 Nm. Max Bögl is also deploying the same type of trucks in a 4-axle version.
Behind the front axle are the battery, a compressed-air tank and a diesel tank installed.
Behind the cabin is a large storage compartment made.
Attached is a 6-axle Faymonville MegaMAX low loader, existing out of a 2-axle jeep dolly and a 4 axle low loader.
The cargos, tower sections for wind turbines, are also produced in factories belonging to Max Bögl.
On the other side are behind the front axle the muffler, the AdBlue tank and the second diesel tank installed.
Again some very sharp combinations by Max Bögl!
