Scania G 420 - Peck Tiong Choon
This sharp Scania G 420 belongs to Peck Tiong Choon from Singapore (SG) was used to deliver an oversized cargo to a construction site.
The truck is a Scania G 420 with a 6x4-drive line. The truck is powered by a Scania DC12, an 11.7-liter 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 309 kW (420 hp).
Behind the front axle are the muffler and the dieseltank mounted. On top of the rear axles is a ballast box mounted to give additional pressure on the driven axles.
Attached is a 10-axle Goldhofer THP modular trailer. The trailer exists out of 4- and 6-axle modules.
The cargo is part of a tunnel boring machine (TBM). It is the lower part of the front shield. The cargo is 7.7 meters long, 4.6 meters wide and 4.06 meters tall. The mass is about 92 tonnes.
