Mercedes-Benz Actros 4160 - Thömen
Thömen from Potsdam (DE) was using this sharp Mercedes-Benz Actros 4160 with semi low loader to transport a large crane part from the factory to a harbour in the northern part of Germany.
The truck is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 502 LA, a 15.9-liter 8-cylinder diesel engine with 600 hp. Both rear axles are driven, the two front axles are steerable.
Behind the front axle is the muffler installed.
On the other side are behind the front axle the air filter and the AdBlue tank installed.
Behind the cabin are the large diesel tank, hydraulic oil tank, compressed-air tanks, battery and cooler for the WSK 400 torque converter installed.
A 6-axle Nooteboom semi low loader is attached to the truck.
The cargo is a cross beam for the undercarriage of a Liebherr LR 11350 with destination Japan.
A sharp combination!
