Enercon from Aurich (DE) is a manufacturer of wind turbines that is operating a fleet of own cranes for the erection of their wind turbines. To transport the crane components between the construction sites is a fleet of own trucks used, like this sharp Mercedes-Benz Actros 3355 with semi low loader.
The truck is this sharp Mercedes-Benz Actros 3355 with 6x4-drive line. The truck is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 502 LA, a 15.9-liter 8-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 405 kW (551 hp). The truck is fitted with the MP2 cabin that was used between 2003 and 2008.
Behind the front axle are the air filter and the dieseltank installed. Behind the cabin are multiple storage compartments made.
On the other side are the muffler, AdBluetank, battery and compressed-air tanks installed behind the front axle.
Attached is an 8-axle Goldhofer STZ-H semi low loader.
The cargo is the undercarriage of a Liebherr LTR 11200, Enercon was deploying two of them. The cargo is 14.71 meters long, 3 meters wide and 3.17 meters tall. The mass is approx. 62.5 tonnes. A very impressive combination of Enercon!
