This sharp and impressive Sennebogen 6100 XPD of BAM Grondtechniek from Amsterdam (NL) was used in Eemshaven (NL) to vibrate sheet pinling profiles into the ground.
The base machine is a Sennebogen 6100 crawler crane that was heavily modified, the undercarriage was widened and the superstructure is extended. The undercarriage is 6.1 meters wide and 7.15 meters long.
The rig can be used as lifting crane and as a piling rig. The leader has a maximum length of 40 meters.
The Sennebogen is powered by a Caterpillar 3176B, a 10.3-liter 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 291 kW (390 hp).
To drive the tool in the leader is an additional powerpack used that is positioned at the back of the machine, the powerpack is partially replacing some counterweight.
In the leader is hanging a PVE 105M, a vibrator with a mass of 12 tonnes without the clamp. The vibrator is from sister company BAM Offshore. The sheet piling profiles are vibrated into the soil in an angle of 5:1.
As lifting crane has the Sennebogen a maximum boom length of 49.8 meters.
The sliding table is stabilizing the leader at the base and is approx. 3 meters extendable.
A very beautiful rig of BAM Grondtechniek!
