This sharp Liebherr LRB 355 of Hilti & Jehle from Feldkirch (AT) was used on a construction site in Hohenems (AT) to drill piles for a new hall. The rigs year of manufacture is 2018.
The rig is powered by a large Liebherr D 9512 A7-04, a 24.4 liter V12 diesel engine with a power of 750 kW (1006 hp). The diesel engine powers in total six hydraulic pumps.
The undercarriage is 5.9 meters long and 4.7 meters wide. For the transport over the road can the width reduced to 3.7 meters. The operational weight of the rig is approx. 105 tonnes.
Attached to the leader feet are two winches, the 25.5-tonne main winch with 34 mm hoist rope and an 8-tonne auxilairy winch with 20 mm hoist rope.
Here is the drilling rig fitted with 18 tonnes of counterweight, the counterweight has a 4.7 meter tailswing. Attached to the base plate of the counterweight are the hydraulic outriggers for stabilization.
The leader can reach a maximum height of 32.6 meters. The leader can be moved 7 degree forwards, 7 degree sidewards or 45 degree backwards for inclined drilling.
In the leader is hanging a Liebherr BAT 450 rotary drive with a mass of approx. 9 tonnes. The rotary drive was used to drill a full displacement steel case into the ground that will be filled with concrete and then drilled out of the ground again.
To fill the steel case with concrete is this Liebherr THS 80 D-K concrete pump on crawlers used.
