Kobelco 85P - Lim Sing Piling
This Kobelco 85P of Lim Sing Piling from Singapore (SG) was used to drive piles for a new ware house in Singapore (SG). The undercarriage is 4.97 meters long and maximum 3.96 meters wide. For the transport over the road is the width to be reduced to only 3.3 meters.
The rig is powered by a Mitsubishi 6DG10C-K diesel engine with 130 hp. It is a piling rig based on a 50-tonne crawler crane.
The piling rig has an extra large A-frame so that the rig can erect the leader by itself from horizontal position.
The leader has a length of 21.95 meters. An interesting machine!
To drive the hydraulic hammer hanging in the leader is an extra power pack used mounted to the rear of the rig. The full counterweight on the rig weights 9.1 tonnes.
