Hitachi Sumitomo SCX800 PD - Kuipers
The biggest piling rig of Kuipers from Lemmer (NL) is this nice Hitachi Sumitomo SCX800 PD.
This is the rig's first job to drive 165 vibro piles for the new Rabobank office in Alkmaar (NL).
Also new, this IHC S-90 hydro hammer.
The Hitachi Sumitomo SCX800 base machine was bought by Kuipers and in-house built to piling rig.
The (removable) power pack is integrated with the base machine. It is a Scania engine with 330 hp.
In front of the cab is the elevator winch made.
After the rebar is put down in the pile it's filled with concrete, then drive the pile out and fill the pile again with concrete.
From above it's good looking to. The boom length is max. 30 meters and the leader length 45 meters.
During transport over the road the leader head is folded down. It is not necessary to disassembly the head.
In the upperstructure are a boom winch (right-behind) and three hoist winches built. The front winch was added.
The mass of the rig is about 135 tonnes.
Suitable to drive vibro piles up to 38 meters. A nice rig for the Kuipers fleet!
