This sharp Bauer BG 24 H of Hubert Schmid from Marktoberdorf (DE) was used on a construction site in Kaufbeuren (DE). It is a drilling rig with a total mass of around 82.5 tonnes.
The drilling rig is based on a Sennebogen BT 75 base machine with a UW 80 undercarriage. The base machine is powered by a CAT C11, a 313 kW-strong diesel engine.
The undercarriage is 5.5 meters long and 4.4 meters wide. For the transport over the road the undercarriage can be retrackted to 3 meters. The tracks are 70 cm wide.
The counterweight weights 6 tonnes and can be dismantled for the transport over the road.
In the leader is hanging a Bauer KDK 250 K rotary drive with a maximum torque of 237 kNm till 9 rpm. A torque of 63 kNm is possible up to the fastest drilling speed of 32 rpm. Here are piles drilled with a diameter of 1,000 mm.
The leader has a maximum height of 21,9 meters on the smallest working radius. For the transport over the road can the leader head folded backwards to reduce the transport height.
