Aarsleff is deploying multiple Banut 300 piling rigs which are specially developed and made for them. This version is deploying from the branch in Hamburg (DE) and was used on a job site in Zell (DE) to drive piles for a new office building.
The piling rig is build on the base carrier of a CAT 318E undercarriage and is powered by a CAT C4 diesel engine with a power of 89 kW (119 hp). The rig has an operational weight of 29.5 tonners.
The undercarriage is 4.1 meters long and 3.9 meters wide. For the transport over the road is the width to be reduced to 3 meters.
In the leader is hanging a VDH 2.5AL-1200 hydraulic hammer with a ram weight of 2.5 tonnes. The hammer itself weights around 4 tonnes.
The rig is fitted with a 4-tonne hammer winch and 6-tonne lifting winch.
The sliding table is 0.5 meters horizontally adjustable.
The leader has a 12.75 meter length and can be angles 10 degrees rearwards and 5 degrees forwards for pile driving. Below the hydraulic hammer is it possible to position piles with a length of approx. 9 meters.
Aarsleff is owning three of such Banut 300 piling rigs which are used in various European countries. Within 30 minutes after arrival on the job site is the piling rig ready for use.
A very sharp machine of Aarsleff!
