Yew Choon from Singapore (SG) was deplyong two of these XCMG QUY50 crawler cranes. It is a 50-tonne crawler crane with year of manufacture 2007.
The undercarriage is 5.53 meters long and 4.3 meters wide.
The crane is powered by a 115 kW strong diesel engine.
This is the other crane of Yew Choon, here fitted with a 25 meter long main boom. In this configuration is the crane able to hoist maximum 26 tonnes on a 5.5 meter radius or 3.8 tonnes to a 22 meter radius.
Attached to the superstructure is a 16.5 tonne counterweight, the counterweight has a 4.1 meter tailswing.
The A-frame has a total height of 5.535 meters and is for the transport over the road folded down. The crane is fitted with two 4-tonne hoist winches.
The base length of the main boom is 13 meters and can be extended to a maximum length of 52 meters.
The undercarriage can be reduced in width for the transport over the road to 3.4 meters. In the meantime are these cranes not in use anymore with Yew Choon.
