Visit to P&K in Rijssen
P&K, that means Plas en Kamphuis, is a crane company that was founded in 1988 and is located in Rijssen (NL). This company is active in rental of mobile tower cranes, mobile cranes and transport. On the 2nd of December 2017 I had the possibility to visit this interessting company.
A big part of the fleet was 'at home' on the yard in Rijssen. The fleet mainly exists out of FAUN, Tadano and Liebherr cranes.
The biggest crane is this FAUN ATF 110G-5, a 5 axle 110 tonne crane with year of manufacture 2005. A big part of the counterweight is taken on a 2 axle trailer.
A FAUN ATF 65G-4, a 4 axle 65 tonne crane.
A FAUN ATF 60-4, a 4 axle 60 tonne crane.
A FAUN ATF 50G-3, a 3 axle 50 tonne crane.
The Liebherr LTM 1090-4.1, a 4 axle 90 tonne crane. A part of the counterweight is taken on a 2 axle trailer.
A Liebherr LTM 1050-3.1, a 3 axle 50 tonne crane.
P&K has two of these Liebherr LTM 1040-2.1, 2 axle 40 tonne cranes, in operation.
A Tadanko HK 65 on a 4 axle GINAF X6 4244 undercarriage, a 65 tonne crane.
A Tadano HK 40 on a 4 axle MAN TGS 41.440 undercarriage, a 40 tonne crane.
One of the latest cranes is this Spierings SK597-AT4. The mobile tower cranes are always parked in the hall.
And two Liebherrs; an MK 110 (left) and an MK 63 (right).
In the truck fleet is Volvo represented. P&K is using a part of their fleet mainly to transport, put down and clear up of steel plates.
From left to the right: three Volvo FH 500 with 6x2 drive line and new FH4 cab, then the Volvo FH 500 8x2 flatbed truck with 85 tm HMF Thor lorry crane and at the front a Volvo FH 440 with 6x2 drive line and FH3 cab.
A Volvo FH 480 with FH3 cab and 6x2 drive line with 3 axle Broshuis semi low loader.
Every weekend is the whole vehicle fleet washen by P&K, the fleet realy looks very well-cared.
