This sharp Tadano ATF 130G-5 was taken into operation by P&K from Rijssen (NL) in 2018. It is a 130-tonne crane mounted on a 5-axle carrier. I could see the crane during a visit to the P&K yard. This crane replaced the FAUN ATF 110G-5.
In transit is the crane 14.85 meters kong, 2.75 meters wide and 4 meters tall. The transport mass of the crane is about 60 tonnes.
The undercarriage is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 471 LA, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 390 kW (530 hp). This crane has the optional 10x8x10-drive line, where the axles 1, 2, 4 and 5 are powered and all axles are steerable.
The outrigger base of the crane measures 8.03 x 7.5 meters, or half 8.03 x 5 meters.
During transport over the road remains 7.1 tonnes of counterweight on the carrier. The full counterweight of the crane weights 42.4 tonnes and has a 4.2 meter tailswing.
At the rear of the crane is a large storage compartment installed, on top are the four large outrigger pads stored.
Attached to the superstructure remains 2.9 tonnes of counterweight.
Attached is a 3-axle GS Meppel trailer for some additional counterweight. In total is 19 tonnes of counterweight stored on this trailer. The still missing hang-on slabs with each a mass of 5.3 tonnes have to be transported by truck in case they are required.
A very sharp and fresh crane in the colours of P&K! This was at that time the largest crane at P&K, today is that a Tadano ATF 200G-5.
