Spierings SK488-AT4 - Mayer
Mayer from Burgberg (DE) took in the beginning of 2017 this used Spierings SK488-AT4 in operation. It is a 102 mt tower crane one a 4-axle undercarriage.
The undercarriage is powered by a DAF XE 280 C, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 280 kW, powered. The engine only poweres axle 3, the rest are only steerable axles. This is a used crane from RKB from Ridderkerk (NL).
Packed has the crane a 15.69 meter length, a 2.75 meter breadth and a 4 meter height. The total mass is 48 tonnes.
The outrigger base measures 6.9 x 6.84 meters, or half 6.9 x 5.15 meters.
The crane has a 40 meter jib length. The maximum load of 8,000 kg is lifted to a maximum radius of 12.76 meters and the tip load if 2,100 kg. The hook height by horizontal jib is 24 meters.
The counterweight has a total mass of 8.7 tonnes and a 3.55 meter tailswing. The counterweight slab on the driver's side is rotated backwards during the transport over the road for a better weight distribution over the axles.
