Wiesbauer from Bietigheim (DE) is deploying multiple of these sharp Sennebogen 7700 crawler cranes, which are mainly used by the erection of precast concrete elements. This crane could be seen on a construction site near Karlsruhe (DE).
It is a 300-tonne crawler crane. The undercarriage is 9.5 meters long and 8.3 meters wide.
The crane is powered by a CAT C11 Acert, an 11.1-liter 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 313 kW (420 hp). The engine powers four hydraulic pumps, with them are the crane movements controlled.
The crane is equipped with two 15-tonne hoist winches with 28 mm hoist cable.
The tracks are 9.5 meters long, 1.5 meters wide and 1.455 meters tall. The transport mass is 25 tonnes per piece.
Attached to the undercarriage is in total 40 tonnes of central counterweight. Per side are four slabs with each 5 tonnes mounted on consoles.
Here is the crane fitted with the maximum counterweight of 135 tonnes, that exists out of a 15 tonne base plate with in total 24 slabs with each 5 tonnes stacked on it. The counterweight has a 6.75 meter tailswing.
Here was the crane erected in HSWS configuration. The main boom is here 24.3 meters long and the luffing jib is 41.1 meters long. In this configuration is the crane able to hoist maximum 51.3 tonnes on a 20 meter radius.
The luffing jib has a maximum length of 91.5 meters.
A very sharp crane of Wiesbauer!
