At Sindorf from 't Harde (NL) was in 2016 this Sennebogen 5500 offered. It is a 180-tonne crawler crane with year of manufacture 2002. Before the crane was operated by Mammoet from Schiedam (NL).
The crane is powered by a Deutz BF 6M 1015C, a 261 kW diesel engine.
The counterweight weights 60 tonnes and exists out of a 12-tonne base plate and ten slabs with each 4.8 tonnes. The tailswing of the counterweight is 6 meters.
The undercarriage is 8.5 meters long and 6.8 meters wide. The tracks are 1 meter wide.
In total had Mammoet world-wide more then 25 units Sennebogen 5500 in operation.
Between the tracks is on both sides 10 tonnes of central counterweight installes, so 20 tonnes in total.
The crane is equipped with two 12-tonne hoist winches with 26 mm hoist cable. The line on the double winch is for adjusting the main boom.
With the first models of the Sennebogen 5500 was the luffing winch for the luffing jib installed at the rear of the super structure. The line is then trough the white pulley guided to the gantry and then to the luffing jib. On later models the luffing winch was installed in the boom foot of the main boom.
The crane was erected with a 29.9 meter main boom and a 29.9 meter luffing jib. The maximum configuration is 52.3 meters of main boom with a 52.3 meter luffing jib.
A single track is 8.5 meters long, 1 meter wide and 1.37 meters heigh. The mass each is 17.4 tonnes.
Sindorf took over three Sennebogen 5500 from Mammoet, these cranes are offered for sale and rental.
