This Sennebogen 650 HD of Hilti & Jehle from Feldkirch (AT) stood on a construction site along the Rhine river near Füßach (AT). It is a 50-tonne heavy duty crawler crane with year of manufacture 2012 and was supplied by IBS Baumaschinen.
The crane is powered by a Caterpillar C9 diesel engine with a power of 205 kW (279 hp).
The undercarriage is 5.73 meters long and 4.5 meters wide with the standard 0.8 meter wide track plates. For the transport over the road is the width to be reduced to a 3.3 meter breadth.
The Sennebogen 650 HD could be equipped with 12 or 16 tonne hoist winches.
The original 18 tonne counterweight with a 4 meter tailswing is replaced by a 5.33 tonne frame that is usually loaded by a powerpack to power the tool that is hanging in the hook of the crane, for example a vibrator.
The A-frame can be folded down for the transport over the road.
Here stood the crane erected with a 29.9 meter main boom, the maximum length of the main boom is 52.3 meters.
