This is the second Sany SCC1000C of Yongnam from Singapore (SG). It is a 100-tonne crawler crane that was used for lifting duties on their storage yard.
The crane is powered by a Cummins QSC8.3, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 183 kW.
The crane's undercarriage is 6.35 meters wide and 7.79 meters long. There is no central counterweight attached to the undercarriage. A single track is 7.78 meters long, 0.95 meters wide and 1.19 meters tall. The mass each is 16.5 tonnes.
The crane is fitted with two 9-tonne hoist winches, which are both in operation here.
Attached to the superstructure is 42 tonnes of counterweight. The counterweight exists out of a 6 tonne base plate and six blocks each with a 6 tonne mass. The large A-frame has in working configuration a maximum height of 7.2 meters and can be folded down for the transport over the road.
The main boom has an 18 meter base length and can be extended in steps of 3 meters to a maximum length of 72 meters. The crane was fitted here with a 33 meter long main boom.
In this configuration is the crane able to hoist maximum 57.3 tonnes on a 7 meter radius or 9.7 tonnes to a 32 meter radius, only when the correct reving is applied. This crane has both hoist winches in use, over the runner is the crane able to hoist maximum 9 tonnes.
