This Sany STC550 from an unknown company stood parked on a large parking in Singapore (SG). It is a 55-tonne crane mounted on a 4-axle carrier with year of manufacture 2013.
The crane is powered by a 247 kW strong diesel engine. The carrier has two driven rear axles and two steerable front axles.
The 5-part main boom has an 11.5 meter base length and extends four times to a maximum length of 43 meters.
The outrigger base measures 6 x 7,2 meters.
In transit is the crane 14.5 meters long, 2.75 meters wide and 3.73 meters tall. The transport mass is approx. 45.3 tonnes.
The counterweight has a mass of 3.5 tonnes. The crane is fitted with two 4-tonne hoist winches, both are here in use.
At the rear of the chassis are the outrigger pads taken.
A 14.6 meter long jib is mountable under a 0, 15 or 30 degree angle to the main boom. During the transport over the road are both hooks stored on the deck of the undercarriage, this gives the driver a proper view on the road when the crane is traveling.
