This sharp Sany SCC1000A belongs to Multi Ways from Singapore (SG) and was used there on a construction site. It is a 100-tonne crawler crane with a 380 mt load moment.
The crane is powered by an Isuzu 6HK1, a 7.79-liter 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 212 kW.
The undercarriage of the crane is 6.33 meters long and 5.1 meters wide. For the transport over the road is the width of the undercarriage adjustable to only 3.49 meters.
Attached to the superstructure is a counterweight with a total mass of 31.22 tonnes, the tailswing is 4.85 meters. The counterweight exists out of an 8.26-tonne base plate, two 3.68-tonne blocks and four 3.9-tonne blocks.
During crane operation has the A-frame a total height of 6.475 meters. For the transport over the road is the frame lowered.
Attached to the carrier is in total 11 tonnes of central counterweight, each side a 5.5-tonne block. With the jack-up cylinders attached to the carrier are the tracks unloaded so that they can be adjusted in width.
The main boom has a 13-meter base length and a maximum length of 64 meters. Optionally is it possible to mount a 9 to 18 meter long fixed jib to the maximum 52 meter long main boom.
The crane is fitted with two 12-tonne hoist winches.
Here was the crane fitted with a 31 meter long main boom. In this configuration is the crane able to hoist maximum 41.5 tonnes on a 7.5 meter radius or 6.5 tonnes to a 30 meter radius, only when the correct reving is applied. A sharp crane of Multi Ways!
