This Sany STC550 of Hup Hin stood parked on a large parking in Singapore (SG). It is a 55-tonne crane mounted on a 4-axle carrier with year of manufacture 2013.
The crane is powered by a 247 kW strong diesel engine. The carrier has two driven rear axles and two steerable front axles.
The 5-part main boom has an 11.5 meter base length and extends four times to a maximum length of 43 meters.
In transit is the crane 14.5 meters long, 2.75 meters wide and 3.73 meters tall. The transport mass is approx. 45.3 tonnes.
The outrigger base measures 6 x 7,2 meters. During the transport over the road are both hooks stored on the deck of the undercarriage, this gives the driver a proper view on the road when the crane is traveling.
The counterweight has a mass of 3.5 tonnes. The crane is fitted with two 4-tonne hoist winches, both are here in use.
At the rear of the chassis are the outrigger pads taken.
A 14.6 meter long jib is mountable under a 0, 15 or 30 degree angle to the main boom.
