This Sany SCC800TB belongs to Hiap Tong from Singapore (SG). It is an 80-tonne crawler crane with telescopic boom with year of manufacture 2019. The crane was used on a storage yard for precast concrete elements.
The crane is powered by an Isuzu 6HK1XKJC-01, a 7,79-liter 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 212 kW. The diesel engine powers multiple hydraulic pumps to move the crane functions.
Attached to the superstructure is a total of 26.1 tonnes of counterweight mounted, the counterweight can be lifted from the ground with use of two hydraulic cylinders. The crane is fitted with two 8-tonne hoist winches, the tailswing of the superstructure is 4.5 meters.
In working position is the undercarriage 6.33 meters long and 5.1 meters wide. For the transport over the road is the width to be adjusted with hydraulics to a width of 3.49 meters. Attached to the undercarriage is a total of 6 tonnes of counterweight, each side a 3-tonne block.
The five-part main boom has a 12.2 meter base length and extends in four times to a maximum length of 47 meters. Optionally is the main boom to be extended by a 10.2 - 17.5 meter bi-fold swingaway jib.
Here was a precast concrete element loaded onto a truck, an interesting job for this sharp crane!
