This Sany SCC1350A belongs to Hiap Tong from Singapore (SG). It is a 135-tonne crawler crane with year of manufacture 2020.
The undercarriage of the crane is 7.864 meters long and 6.6 meters wide. The crane is powered by a Cummins QSL9-C325, an 8.9-litre 6-cylinde diesel engine with a power of 242 kW (325 hp).
Here was the crane fitted in FJ configuration, with a fixed jib. The jib has a base length of 13 meters (like here) and can be extended to a maximum length of 31 meters. The jib is to be mounted in an angle of 10 or 30 degrees towards the main boom and can be used for loads up to 27 tonnes.
The crane is fitted with two 13.5-tonne hoist winches.
Attached to the superstructure is a counterweight of 54 tonnes, that exists out of a 12-tonne base plate with eigth slabs with each 5.25 tonnes. The counterweight has a 5.8 meter tailswing.
The tracks are for the transport to be removed from the body. A single track is 7.86 meters long, 1.32 meters wide and tall. The mass each is 14.4 tonnes. Attached to the undercarriage is a 20 tonne central counterweight, per side a 10-tonne block.
Here is the crane fitted with a 31 meter long main boom with a 13 meter fixed jib. The main boom has a maximum length of 76 meters. A sharp crane of Hiap Tong!
