Sany SCC1300TB - Hiap Tong

This sharp Sany SCC1300TB belongs to Hiap Tong from Singapore (SG) and was erected on their yard for tests. It is a 130-tonne crawler crane on a crawler chassis with year of manufacture 2020.

The crane is powered by an Isuzu 6HK1XKJC-01, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 212 kW.

The undercarriage is 7.12 meters long and 5.85 meters wide. The tracks have to be separated from the body for transport over the road, their mass each is 11.6 tonnes.

Attached to the undercarriage is a central counterweight with a total of 12 tonnes; per side a 6-tonne block.

The tracks have a width of 0.95 meters.

Attached to the superstructure is a counterweight of 36 tonnes. The counterweight exists out of a 20-tonne base plate with four blocks with a 4-tonne mass. The counterweight has a 5.32 meter tailswing.

The crane is fitted with two 10.5-tonne hoist winches with a 22 mm hoist wire rope. The 6-part main boom has a base length of 13.3 meters and extends five times to a maximum length of 60 meters.

The main boom could be extended by a 10.7 - 18.1 meter long bi-fold swingaway jib, the jib is mountable under a 0, 15 or 30 degree angle to the main boom. The crane has a total mass of approx. 123 tonnes.
