PPM ATT 400
This PPM ATT 400 of an unknown company from the Amberg (DE) area was used on a construction site in Augsburg (DE). It is a 35-tonne crane on a 2-axle carrier.
The undercarriage with two driven and steerable axles is powered by a Mercedes-Benz OM 366 LA, a 6-cylinder diesel engine with a power of 174 kW (236 hp).
In transit is the crane 10.72 meters long, 2.5 meters wide and 3.5 meters tall. The crane has a transport mass of 24 tonnes.
Between the axles is a large diesel tank installed.
The counterweight of 3.6 tonnes has a 3.15 meter tailswing and remains attached to the superstructure. The crane has a 4.5-tonne hoist winch with 19 mm hoist cable.
The outrigger base measures 6 x 5.95 meters, or half 6 x 4.8 meters.
The cabin on the superstructure is the heighest point of the crane!
The 4-part main boom has a 9.4 meter base length and extends three times to a total length of 30.4 meters. Optionally is it possible to extend the main boom by an 8 or 15 meter long fixed jib.
A sharp PPM crane, a brand that unfortunately doesn't exist anymore today.
